Earn these hours coaching clients or others in your network. Alternatively, we can match you with fellow students so you can coach one another and earn your hours that way. Match with as many students as your availability allows so you can collect your hours as quickly as you like *N.B. As per ICF policy, only coach experience hours earned after signing up to an ICF accredited programme will count towards your ICF certification |
We are the Western European provider of the Centre For Executive Coaching’s ICF Certified Executive Coach Training Programme (ICF ACTP & ACSTH)
How it works
Track your learning hours and coach experience hours using our simple tracking sheets.
Once you’ve completed the required hours, we’ll give you a certificate of completion to upload to the ICF’s portal.
You’ll then be asked to complete the ICF Credentialing Exam on the ICF portal. 1-2 weeks after passing, you get sent your ICF ACC/PCC designation.
It’s as simple as that!
How To Become an ICF ACC/PCC Certified Coach

Fully Virtual Programme
Flexible schedule around your availability
Training Hours (125 hours total)
62.5 hrs. of Live Training
✓ 3 Day Bootcamp (26hrs)
Designed to leave you feeling ready and confident to take on clients straight away
✓ 4 x 90 min Follow Up Sessions (6hrs)
Stay on track after the Bootcamp with further practice and support. Scheduled to suit your availability (and that of your cohort)
✓ ICF Mentor Coaching (10hrs over 3 months)
Enhance your skills and polish your technique with feedback and a final review from your mentor. No need to submit recordings to the ICF as we are authorised to assess on their behalf
✓ Live Web Classes (20.5hrs)
Attend any live web classes of your choice (multiple days/times available to suit busy schedules and time zones). Each class covers a different topic so simply join whichever classes suit you and build these hours as quickly or as gradually as you like
62.5 hrs. of Offline Learning
✓ Self-study (25hrs)
As long as it's relevant to coaching, you can earn up to 25 hrs from books, blogs, podcasts, videos etc of your choice. You can also take full advantage of the large library of resources in your members area (includes coaching methodologies, toolkits, coaching plans, business development guidance, sample client proposals etc)
✓ Archived Web Classes (37.5hrs)

Coach Experience Hours
✓ ACC - 100 hrs required
✓ PCC - 500 hrs required
