It was lovely to meet her (potential new student) and I talked about how I was able to accelerate my career change by taking the Bootcamp as well as using the wealth of information on the student portal. She didn’t realise how much guidance there is to help you coach your clients through every potential coaching scenario.

I also described the help Ridhima gave me when I wanted to charge clients more for my services and how she guided me on what to say. I gave her an idea of my earnings per hour, and what I had started on a year ago. She had been considering under-charging for herself and I was able to give her examples of how much she could earn as the standard rate card as a coach if she follows the guidance in the programme.

She was keen to understand if I had approached other training bodies. Of course, I had, and I gave my reasons for why the Executive Coaching Bootcamp was better for what I was looking for (practical training to help you deal with the wide variety of challenges executives and leaders face, instead of the more theoretical "Whole person" coaching I had looked into previously which was too generic and didn't provide the specialist executive coach training I wanted).

She was a little concerned that only 3-days on the Bootcamp wouldn't be enough for her to start up as a coach. I explained that the 3 day Bootcamp really does leave you ready to start working with clients and that there is more learning beyond that anyway, through the wealth of content on the student portal, along with the numerous webinars and peer group training etc. This may be an area to discuss with her as I'm aware she can't actually see how much good stuff is on the student portal!

  • Our certification programs are the fastest and most flexible way to become an ICF Certified ACC/PCC Executive coach. Many of our students get certified within 3-5 months. With only a 3-day Bootcamp requiring time off work or your usual activities, the rest of the training can be completed at your convenience, with just an hour here and there, flexibly scheduled around your busy life. Plus, our certification process is made even faster through the fact that you don't need to submit any coach recordings to the ICF, as we're one of the only training providers that are authorised to assess and mentor you on their behalf.
